Box Mounted photographs are a variation of the traditional framed print. The frame adds depth and draws eyes to the image, making it a great for creating a focal point on a wall.

Our box mounted offering is based on Loxley Colour’s “Box Frame” product.

The restored photograph is printed onto a 230gsm print, with a matt finish which means the light will not reflect and obscure the image .

Rarely would we recommend enlarging a restored print much beyond the original size. Generally, it will do the older photograph no favours. As such we only offer smaller sizes as standard, although we can quote for larger box frames if you wish.

The image on this box frame was taken Essaouira, Morocco. The blue boats in the harbour are striking. The city has been used for many productions including "Game of Thrones", "Jack Ryan", Orson Welles' "Othello" and Ridley Scott's "Kingdom of Heaven".
